So lawyers have replaced philosophers in describing and defining reality. Rule of law. Our laws are all built on the premise of the right to private property, (capitalism). As the environmental data evidence mounts, the right of private property becomes illegitimate, like slavery. Endless economic growth on a finite planet is not possible. The psychological foundation of the cult of capitalism is unravelling before our eyes. As Hemingway and Orwell witnessed for themselves, the ultimate truth will be decided on the battle fields.
